The office can be rented short-term, for a minimum of one month, without notice and long-term. The rental price includes the costs of heating, cooling, water, electricity, cleanliness, common building costs, maintenance of common areas, insurance, two receptions, security, use of kitchenette, unlimited use of internet wired and wireless whose speed is 100 Mb / s over optical connections. The rental price includes 20 hours of free use of our meeting rooms per rented office. After the expiration of 20 hours, the price of renting meeting rooms is 25% cheaper for clients who have a rented office compared to others.


The rental price does not include the subscription for fax and telephone number, which amounts to a total of HRK 80.00 + VAT for two issues, and daily office cleaning, which amounts to HRK 10.40 per m2 per month + VAT. The cost of telephone impulses is only pre-invoiced to the client according to the price list of Iskon d.d. which is our telephone service provider. Our exchange records all calls so that it is possible to get printouts of the same.


The office is equipped with desks, chairs, drawers, file cabinets, telephones, a double armchair for guests and a multifunctional device with print, copy, scan and fax functions. Upon entering the office, the client receives a new toner for the multifunction device, and when the lease is terminated, it is necessary to buy a new one. Use of the office is allowed 0-24.


Parking spaces are usually available and the price is about 80 euros + VAT.


At the entrance to the building is the first reception where the security is 0-24 hours, and at the entrance to our space is the second reception and we will be happy to receive and direct visitors to the client's office or meeting room during working hours from 8 am to 4 pm. We deliver mail to clients in the office every day, and if the client is not in the office (travel, annual, etc.), we will send him an e-mail notification about the mail that arrived or about clients who needed it, and if desired we will scan and send mail to mail.
