PRICE LIST FOR REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES

Sale of real estate
- Seller's fee (principal): 3% of the agreed purchase price + VAT
  Price on 10 September 2026: 3% + VAT
- Buyer's fee (where a separate brokerage agreement has been concluded with the buyer): 3% of the agreed purchase price + VAT
  Price on 10 September 2026: 3% + VAT
- Total fee for the same property, where brokerage has been agreed with both parties: maximum 6% + VAT

Rental of real estate
- Landlord's fee (principal): 100% of one month's rent + VAT
  Price on 10 September 2026: 100% of one month's rent + VAT
- Tenant's fee (where a separate brokerage agreement has been concluded with the tenant): 100% of one month's rent + VAT
  Price on 10 September 2026: 100% of one month's rent + VAT
- Total fee for the same rental, where brokerage has been agreed with both parties: maximum 200% of one month's rent + VAT

The fee is charged only to a party that has concluded a written brokerage agreement with the agency. Viewing a property does not create any obligation to pay a fee.
