During the 2000s, it underwent a major urban transformation and turned into a densely populated urban settlement with many new residential buildings, shops and amenities. Advantages: a new type of construction, wide roads and newer infrastructure, and a relatively quiet life outside the center.

Here you will find: shop, bakery, cafe, butcher's shop, fish market, pharmacy, children's playground, hair salon, restaurant, pizzeria, kindergarten, elementary school, post office, bank. Close to Arena Zagreb and Arena Centar shopping center. This part of the city has become one of the main places for concerts, sports events and shopping.
