LOCATION: in the immediate vicinity of the city center, in a quiet but historically significant street. It is known for its old buildings with classic architectural features of the 19th and early 20th centuries. The facades are often decorated with ornaments that testify to the rich history of construction.

In its vicinity there are numerous cultural and educational institutions, shops and catering facilities. The Main Station is an 8-minute walk away, the Bus Station is about 15 minutes on foot, and the Ban Jelacic Square is about 10 minutes walk.

Thanks to its convenient location, the street is suitable for walks and exploring the center of Zagreb. Although it is located in the very center of the city, it is relatively quiet compared to the busier surrounding streets.
